
KipTom Dance Center is a professional school of dance. The studio is a non competitive dance environment offering classes in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, modern, musical theatre, hip hop and ballroom. We offer the finest possible training under the guidance of a highly qualified faculty.
The studio philosophy is to educate dancers on proper technique and fundamentals in the art of dance. The benefits of dance are important. Grace, poise and awareness of the arts physical and mental discipline are attributes that come with training in the arts. The staff works very hard to provide every child with an education, friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

Studio Information
- A $40.00 registration fee per family is required for all performing classes.
- This is a non-refundable fee. If a pre-school student is not ready for dance class, special arrangements will be made.
- Fee is payable at registration or can be included with Pay Period #1.
- Recurring students can now register online! Personal class schedules will be posted in parent portal for easy registration. Feel free to email us if you have any additional questions.
- New students can come into visit our facilities and meet our faculty to ensure a proper placement. New clients can set up a private appointment by emailing us during open registration.
- Online Registration starts August 11 for recurring students and August 16 for new dancers. Enrollment period ends September 10.
- Classes resume Monday, September 10, 2023.
An integral part of life itself, discipline is imperative wherever artistic activity exists. For the student to obtain maximum benefit from their dancing, and for parents to successfully view their child in dance performance, it is necessary that all follow the above listed policies.

Private Lessons: Solos, duets and trio lessons are at the discretion of the faculty. These lessons are based on the ability of the students and their progress in their regular weekly classes. Any one student applying for a private lesson must be studying weekly classes in ballet and must also be enrolled in a minimum of two classes. Applications are available at the studio to audition for private.
Privates for Technique: October – December
Lesson rate $65.00 monthly rate for 1/2 hour private class. This is a separate fee and does not include any family discount
Private lesson for annual show February – June and require an audition. Student must be at least 9 years of age to audition.
Solo: 30 minutes - $350 Total Cost
Duets and Trios: 30 minutes - $225 Total Cost (Price Per Person)
Dance Pictures: TBD

Recital costume fees due on December 9.
There is a $100.00 non-refundable recital fee. This will include 2 tickets for annual revue, 1 recital t-shirt and recital digital download. Payment is due February 1st.
Students are expected to attend recital and rehearsals.
PLEASE NOTE: it is 2 free tickets PER FAMILY not PER child in family.
RECITAL COSTUMES:
One costume is required per class. No refund is given to those students that drop out after costume orders have been placed. Costume fee is $70.00 All payments are to be paid in full by December 12 .

Tuition for the dance season is divided into 10 monthly payments (September through June). Payments are to be paid by the first lesson of each month. Tuition prices include all holidays. A $15.00 late fee is automatically added to accounts 30 days past due.
Paying in Full: A 10% discount is offered for students who pay for full dance season with cash or check (Sept-June) by Nove 1st. A 5% discount is offered for students who pay by credit card.
